📦 Incorrect Address / Return-to-Sender
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, the customer is responsible for a reship fee.
We do not issue refunds for packages returned due to invalid addresses.
Once we receive your returned package, we will begin the reshipment process.
